There are a number of provisional and permanent visa options available for those applicants who are related (or intend to be through marriage or adoption) to Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens.

Partners

Visa options are available for married or de facto partners, or those intending to marry.

Parents
Visa options will enable parents with children living in Australia to join their children permanently through sponsorship.

Aged Parents
Visa options allow for those parents aged at least 65 years (men) and 63 years (women) to enter Australia and join their children permanently through sponsorship.

Last Remaining Relative
This visa is for an individual who’s only known relatives currently reside permanently in Australia.

Carers
This visa is for those applicants who need to live in Australia to solely care for an Australian relative.

Children
Visa options are for dependent children, orphan relatives or adopted children of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand Citizen.
